It is an initiative presented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology with the aim of qualifying and employing new graduates in specialized jobs in the field of information technology.

Introducing to initiative

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has launched this initiative, which aims to qualify and hire fresh graduates for specialized jobs in the field of information technology, provided that the trainee pays the value of the training in long installments without any additional fees in case of employment, and in case of non- employment, the trainee is not obligated to pay anything. The initiative provides specialized and distinguished technical jobs for fresh graduates to work in companies inside and outside Egypt.
In the field of information technology, where the cost of training is very high, the trainee receives a professional qualification that will allow them to work in positions that are in high demand and are adversely affected by a lack of resources in the labor market.
The trainee pays the value of the training in long installments without any additional fees in case of employment, and in case of non-employment, the trainee is not obligated to pay anything. And that’s under the supervision of the Ministry of Communications.
The duration of the initiative is 6 months, and it will be as follows (3 months of training and 3 months as a maximum employment period).

Admission Conditions

The candidate has to be Egyptian who holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A fresh graduate who has earned their degree within the last 5 years
The candidate has to pass the assessment to join the initiative
The candidate must be unemployed

Admission Steps

The candidate must review the selected track carefully to match their bachelor’s degree.
After registering, the candidate will receive an e-mail with the English assessment link
85% is the assessment passing score, in addition to the candidate passing the HR interview
If accepted, the candidates data will be sent to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), following the candidate has to start with the bank procedures
months is the training period, followed by 3 months of the hiring period

Qualifying for Employment (Q4E) is a program that expands talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems in the Egyptian market. It also supports access to professionals for local companies and MNCs who are operating and expanding in the Egyptian market.
